and the party gets a whole lot classier.
You could simply pair Black Rabbit Gin with your favourite tonic variety for a chique gin experience but if you’re looking to chase the Rabbit a little further into tunnels of adventure, try one of our favourite cocktail recipes.
Bramble Gin Fizz
A tasty take on a classic Fizz to make your taste-buds hop.

1 Shot of Blackberry Bramble Gin

1 Shot of Lime juice

1 Shot of Sugar Syrup

3 dashes of Aquafaba
-
Soda water

STEP 1
Combine the Gin, lime juice, Sugar Syrup and Aquafaba with a generous amount of ice in your favorite shaker.
STEP 2
Shake until well combined and foamy.
STEP 3
Pour either through a strainer (less foam) or tip the entire contents into a 250-400ml coupe or wine glass. Top up with soda for full Fizz effect.
Black Rabbit Negroni
The sultry bitterness of the Italian Amaro: Cynar provides a softer, mellow spin on the classic Negroni.

1 shot (30ml) Black Rabbit Gin (Signature or Blackberry Bramble

1 shot (30ml) sweet or semi-sweet red vermouth
-
1 shot (30ml) Cynar

Ice, to serve

Wide strips of Lemon peel

STEP 1
Combine the gin, sweet vermouth, and Cynar in a cocktail mixing glass with a handful of ice. Stir continuously for 30 seconds.
STEP 2
Add ice to a lowball glass, and strain the spirits from the mixing glass into the lowball glass.

STEP 3
Squeeze the lemon peel into the drink to release the oils. Gently rub the peel around the top edge of the glass, then place it in the glass as a garnish.
The Honey Bunny

2- inch piece of cucumber, peeled and chopped

1 tsp grated lemon zest

3 fresh basil leaves
-
1 tsp honey
-
1 1/2 shots (45ml) Black Rabbit Gin

2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
ice cubes
-
splash of seltzer
-
1 thin slice lemon, for garnish

Rosemary or thinly sliced cucumber, for garnish

STEP 1
In a cocktail shaker, combine the chopped cucumber, lemon zest, 1 basil leaf and honey. Add the gin, lemon juice and ice cubes and stir 10 seconds.
STEP 2
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice cubes and top with seltzer. Garnish with lemon and rosemary or cucumber. Try arranging the remaining basil leaves as bunny ears.
Hare of the Dog
This fuzzy summer cocktail will put some bounce in your inflatable pool lounge.
Cocktail:
3 Tbsp. peach syrup
1 shot (30ml) Black Rabbit Gin
A pinch of superfine sugar
Soda
Peach slices & blueberries
Peach Syrup:
2 white peaches, sliced
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
STEP 1
Place peaches, water and sugar in a pot over medium heat.
Bring to a boil and let cook for 5 minutes until peaches are softened. Reduce to low and let simmer until liquid is reduced by half (12 minutes or so). Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

STEP 2
Pour 3 Tbsp Peach syrup into the bottom of a glass, add gin and sugar and mix.
STEP 3
Top with soda and garnish with a floating peach slice
and a few blueberries.
