The first release of our 100% Rye Whiskey. Made using a very different process of fermentation and disillation compared to other Australian made whiskey. Locally grown grain, fermented and distilled on grain and distilled using a steam injection process that increases the amount of esters and other flavor cogeners that are brought into the new make. Coupled with a heavy char ex red wine cask, this spirit features big nose and palate with a spicey finish thats typical of a rye.
